With nearly five decades of experience in the skincare industry, Rose Laudisio is a pioneer in advanced aesthetics. She began her career as a Certified Electrologist in 1976, successfully running her own practice for nine years before expanding into laser treatments and skincare. As the founder and owner of RL Advanced Laser & Skin Care Center, she spent 29 years helping clients achieve healthier, more radiant skin.

In 2014, Rose took her passion for innovation even further by launching XO8 LLC, introducing the XO8 Stem Cell Mask—her signature product that set a new standard in professional skincare. Over the years, she has expanded XO8 Cosmeceuticals to include a full range of masks and serums designed for professional use, while also developing XO8 Skin, a premium retail line.

Today, Rose remains dedicated to formulating high-performance skincare solutions that blend science with luxury, empowering both professionals and consumers to achieve exceptional results.

Jessica has been in the Beauty & Spa Industry for over 17 years. She is a Licensed Esthetician, the Business Development Manager for XO8 Cosmeceuticals, Client  Relations Representative for Jet Plasma and runs an online coaching business. She owned Pure Spa, San Diego for 15 years before selling it in 2024. She loves building relationships with new accounts and guiding solo Estheticians and high-end Day Spas to maximize their potential and increase revenues through retail sales, client retention, and collaborations. Jessica supports accounts worldwide in launching XO8 in their treatment rooms and on their retail displays.  Jessica is married with 3 beautiful children and truly believes that you can have it all.

Shirley has been a licensed esthetician in the state of California since 2012 and recently became licensed in the state of Arizona as well, she is Oncology trained and certified and has continued her education through the years with advanced education even though her home state of California does not require her to do so. Her passion to help her clients with their skin concerns goes beyond the treatment room as her tagline is: Your Skin = My Passion so much so that her clients have followed her from treatment room to room and city to city including out of state. Shirley has been an educator for many years for multiple skincare brands as well as an award winner at The Skin Games. She is married, has two adult children and a very spoiled chihuahua, Ms. Coco Chanel.

Stacy has been an RN and esthetician for over 23 years.  She is the owner of Metamorphosis Skin Spa in Florida. She has a passion for teaching and has been an educator and representative for Rezenerate and XO8 Cosmeceuticals for over 5 years. She works with many types of equipment and products in her spa and has a great wealth of knowledge to share.

Lindsey is an accomplished marketing and social media professional with over 12 years of experience elevating aesthetic providers, skincare innovators, and beauty brands. As Marketing Director and Social Media Manager at XO8 Cosmeceuticals, she combines industry expertise with a creative eye to craft impactful campaigns and compelling digital content. Her passion lies in watching the aesthetics industry continually advance and embracing its ongoing innovations to produce sophisticated, results-driven marketing assets for XO8’s professional partners. Lindsey’s work reflects a deep understanding of brand storytelling, visual appeal, and the unique needs of beauty professionals, ensuring XO8 remains at the forefront of the market. Based in South Florida, she balances her career with family life as a proud wife and mom to her young son. Outside of work, she can often be found cheering on her beloved Florida State Seminoles.
