Rose Laudisio began her career as a Certified Electrologist in 1976, running her own successful practice for nine years. She then transitioned to owning RL Advanced Laser & Skin Care Center, where she operated for 29 years. In 2014, Rose founded XO8 LLC, initially launching with her signature Stem Cell Mask. Since then, she has expanded her product line to include a range of masks and serums under XO8 Cosmeceuticals for professional use, as well as XO8 Skin, her flagship retail line.

Jessica has been in the Beauty & Spa Industry for over 17 years. She is a Licensed Esthetician, the Business Development Manager for XO8 Cosmeceuticals, Client  Relations Representative for Jet Plasma and runs an online coaching business. She owned Pure Spa, San Diego for 15 years before selling it in 2024. She loves building relationships with new accounts and guiding solo Estheticians and high-end Day Spas to maximize their potential and increase revenues through retail sales, client retention, and collaborations. Jessica supports accounts worldwide in launching XO8 in their treatment rooms and on their retail displays.  Jessica is married with 3 beautiful children and truly believes that you can have it all.

Shirley has been a licensed esthetician in the state of California since 2012 and recently became licensed in the state of Arizona as well, she is Oncology trained and certified and has continued her education through the years with advanced education even though her home state of California does not require her to do so. Her passion to help her clients with their skin concerns goes beyond the treatment room as her tagline is: Your Skin = My Passion so much so that her clients have followed her from treatment room to room and city to city including out of state. Shirley has been an educator for many years for multiple skincare brands as well as an award winner at The Skin Games. She is married, has two adult children and a very spoiled chihuahua, Ms. Coco Chanel.

As the Director of Marketing and Social Media at XO8 Cosmeceuticals Lindsey bring's a wealth of experience in content creation, strategic social media management, and brand storytelling. She loves crafting compelling content that connects with people. When she is not working, she is a proud mom to a toddler, Nolan, who keeps me on her on toes and inspires her passion for innovation and creativity.
